You will develop a clear understanding of the consequences of your behaviour, an increased ability to size up interpersonal situations, so that you can plan appropriate actions. You will be able to develop effective techniques for intervention strategies, strengthen staff trust and morale and become more confident in your ability to manage conflicts to enhance productivity and performance.

Assertive communication can strengthen your relationships, reducing stress from conflict and providing you with social support when facing difficult times. This course will build your confidence and self-esteem. You will be able to avoid manipulation by others, deal with criticism and understand your rights and respect the rights of others.
