Self-awareness
— The ability to recognize your own emotions and how they affect your thoughts, behaviour and self-confidence. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses

Self-management — The ability to control impulsive feelings and behaviours; managing your emotions in healthy ways; taking initiative; follow through on commitments; and how to adapt to changing circumstances.

Social awareness — The ability to understand the emotions, needs, and concerns of other people; pick up on emotional cues; feel comfortable socially; and recognize the power dynamics in a group or organization.

Relationship management — The ability to develop and maintain good relationships; communicate clearly; inspire and influence others; work well in a team; and manage conflict.
Increase your understanding of your emotional reactions as well as those of others in various circumstances

Learn how to work within a team.  Identify your personality type to maximize your performance. Create a multidimensional awareness of ones contributions to a team and to give you the tools to understand the talents, contributions and perspectives of others.

Understand the causes of Stress and how if effects your behaviour, emotions and the associated illnesses one might experience.   Identify and analyse personal, physical, mental and emotional responses to stress and develop some effective coping strategies.

Coping with Change in the workplace. The four stages of change and peoples attitude to change. Change induced stress. Recognizing and overcoming resistance to change and accepting change.

Self esteem. Recognise, and change, beliefs about yourself which may have held you back from becoming all that you are capable of.
Take 100% responsibility for your own thoughts, feelings, assumptions, values, and perceptions and understand how your own choices determine your success or failure.

Set positive compelling goals in a simple but very effective manner and learn how your values directly affect your goals. Develop optimism and a positive overall attitude towards life.
