Plan and manage the time during meetings or when giving instructions – this will include the starting time, keeping the time on track during discussion.
Tips on how to run more effective meetings.
Techniques for handling questions and interruptions when you are speaking. How to anticipate and plan your responses.
How to plan with an objective in mind and arrive prepared to the sessions, for example bringing the available history and data which exist to avoid unnecessary discussions
